TwoGate, which aims to nurture immediately effective engineers, has joined Mitou Junior as a silver sponsor to contribute to the discovery of next-generation talent. At TwoGate, we are actively engaged in talent development and recruitment through internships for KOSEN (National Institute of Technology) students, and we strongly endorse Mitou Junior's mission of discovering talent among youth. In addition, we will offer Mitou Junior alumni an exemption from document screening for TwoGate's internship program (which is normally restricted to KOSEN students and alumni).
[What is Mitou Junior?]
This program supports elementary, junior high, and high school students under the age of 17, as well as KOSEN students, who possess creative ideas and outstanding technical skills. The IPA Mitou Program is a talent development program targeting young people aged 24 and under, which is conducted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA), an independent administrative institution under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. 【TwoGate's 10-Year Junior Recruitment Program】
At TwoGate, we run the "10-Year Junior Recruitment Program," which discovers young talent, contributes to the community for up to 10 years, and maintains connections with engineers. This program provides support at various stages, from 16-year-old students to 26-year-old young professionals. Starting with programming camps for beginners, the program fosters participants' growth through internships, hackathons, and specialized technical training.
【About TwoGate DevCamp】
TwoGate DevCamp is a short-term internship held in a hybrid online and offline format. It provides a venue for student engineers to network and hone their skills. Participants can work on a development project intensively for five days while receiving direct mentorship from highly skilled, active engineers. Accommodation and transportation expenses are covered for participants, providing support that allows them to focus their full energy on learning programming.
In 2024, it is scheduled to be held from August 21 to 27.
