RubyKaigi is an annual event organized by the Ruby community in Japan, bringing together developers who work on the Ruby programming language. The conference rotates through different regional cities each year, and in 2025, it will be held at the Ehime Prefectural Cultural Hall.

TwoGate develops and operates multiple products, with the server-side for all of them developed using Ruby.
In our custom app for concert tours, festivals, and event venues, caravan, we offer a merchandise pre-order system where customers can choose their payment and pickup methods as a foundation, and we also provide game content like gacha and lotteries upon request. Based on these experiences, over the past two years we have developed TRIPLE—a service for building custom ticket sites—as a new product, which has already grown to exceed 10 billion yen in total transaction volume. Because many payments occur simultaneously during events, system and server loads spike instantly. Ruby serves as the core of this processing, and has handled large volumes of concurrent connections for numerous events to date.
Furthermore, CRAYON, which develops and operates official fan communication apps specialized for the entertainment industry, comes equipped with a wide variety of features. The server-side of CRAYON, which is used by artists such as Creepy Nuts and Kajisac, is also developed in Ruby.
